It comes in a 2 pack so take 1 pack one day and take the 2nd pack the next. 6 pills 2 days.

Yes it is. Drs. in America have been prescribing Z packs for years. Look up the American word for Craztronin Azitromicina.

You take one day for 3 days. Period. Save the other pack for another infection.
