Common Coreg Side Effects
Insomnia, diarrhea, sore throat, headache, back pain, unusual tiredness, dry/itching skin, nausea, or dry eyes (especially if wearing contact lenses). None of the above common side effects require immediate attention. If you experience them for a few days, talk to your physician about more advice. Do not try to treat them on your own.


Less Common Coreg Side Effects
Vomiting, skin rash, dark urine, yellowing of the eyes/skin, continued loss of appetite, flu-like symptoms, dizziness, fainting, swollen legs/ankles, wheezing, irregular heartbeat, weight gain, breathing difficulties, or an irregularly slow heart rate. Contact your doctor right away if you've experienced any of these Less Common Side Effects.
