No you can,t . if you are taking alpha or beta blocker(concor 5 am) then you can not go with viagra

There are no interactions listed, between Bisoprolol (the active ingredient in Concor) and Viagra. However, you should check with your doctor to be certain.

In many cases, the active ingredient in Viagra, Sildenafil, is also used to treat Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, so it may actually help to lower yours a bit more.
