Lyrica (active ingredient Pregabalin) is used as an anticonvulsant to help treat neuropathic pain, partial seizures, and/or generalized anxiety disorder.

Hydrocodone is a narcotic pain reliever and antitussive (cough medicine), and is often combined with other drugs such as Acetaminophen to act as a strong pain killer (such as Vicodin).

Lyrica makes FMS pain work. Vicodin is not strong enough. Oxycontin 10mg for four hours as needed. Or tramadol IR + hydrocodone (without asprin or tylentol) works on about 70% pain.
