They are both narcotics, however, the Hydrocodone is must stronger.

Propoxyphene has also just been pulled from the market, due to the cardiac problems it can cause. The FDA has ordered all existing batches recalled, so you will not find it in pharmacies in the U.S.

The side effect profile is the same for both, with the most common being: nausea, drowsiness, dizziness and dry mouth.
