this site does not sell any medications, so I cannot give you a price comparison. On top of this, it can vary from one pharmacy to another. You would need to call several in your area to check what their prices are on these medications.

As to the difference, Opana contains the active ingredient Oxymorphone and not, it is really not as strong as the Oxycodone that is in Oxycontin.
