i found this little piliva pill in my sons room.has a 563 on it could u please help me in knowing what this is ,and used for.

This is Cyclobenzaprine 10mgs, a generic for Flexeril. This is a muscle relaxant used to treat muscular pain and stiffness.

Some of the most common side effects include: drowsiness, dizziness, headache and dry mouth.
