I have answered this question 3 times in the past 2 days, but since I don't know if this is a new post or not. I will do it again. This is acetaminophen 325mg (tylenol) and codeine 30mg. It is generic for tylenol #3 with codeine. Codeine is a schedule 3 controlled substance that is addictive and highly abused. It is used for mild to moderate pain. Side effects include marked drowsiness, euphoria, dizziness, constipation and a host of others.

I was wrong about one thing with this medication. It does not have acetaminophen (or tylenol) in it,it only contains 30mg codeine. Sorry about that.
