Ok I got an breakout from latex or the ky jelly within a hour from the gyn I wanted to know can I use Clotrimazole and betamethasone dipropionate cream inside and outside my vagina or is there anything I can use

What type of breakout? This cream combines an antifungal medication (Clotrimazole) with a steroid, (Betamethasone), so there is a risk of it making some issues worse. The FDA also warns that it may cause side effects, such as skin redness, irritation, itching, and flaking.

And you should not use anything inside your vagina that has not been specially formulated for such use.

How are you doing, now? Has there been any change?

Have you ever had issues with latex, before?
