If there are no markings, there is no way to be certain of what it is, other than to state it is not a medication approved for sale and use in the US.

Clonazepam is a generic for Klonopin, this is a Benzodiazepine, commonly used to treat anxiety and nervous disorders.

Common side effects may include: nausea, drowsiness, irritability and headache.
