I neeed answers please for the stomach discomfort after intaking cherifer capsul with zinc

i also experience stomach ache after drinking cherifer pgm :( twice ko palang sya nainom parehas na sumakit tyan ko. tinake ko sya after meal. ittry ko sya itake before meal baka di na sumakit tyan ko.

Wag e pag sasabay ang cherifer sa food na may iron, especially yung cherifer with zinc. Chemical reaction of zinc and iron results to upset stomach. Eat foods with iron such as milk after 2-3 hkurs you take cherifer.

If u take it without eating u will regret it
I did it once and my stomach ache for about 1hour it feels like u are getting punch inside of your stomach

I've tried cherifer on an empty stomach in the morning and felt like I wanted to vomit. so don't take it on an empty stomach

My tummy hurts very bad after taking the Cherifer capsule. It makes me want to throw up my food from breakfast. The pain is different. It is very painful and makes me teary-eyed.

Same but what I did was to take cherifer 30-45 mins after a meal and I don't feel like throwing up or any stomach ache. Try it, it works

Why don't you take it at night? Few hours after you eat. Well i did experience the upset stomach but it had gotten better after a few days of taking it.

Hi, please notice this. I hope you see my reply. After I take it, my stomach really aches just like what you experienced. Then one time after I'm done eating, I forgot about taking the cherifer so after a definitely one hour and a half i took it and drink it. Then I felt nothing as in nothing at all. Please try this cause it's been a week since I'm doing it and all of that nothing happened no more achings

For me also when I use cherifer capsule it feels like sore inside your stomach. It feels like punching your stomach and aside of that, you’ll also feel like kind of heart burn I think.

By the way, is cherifer really helpful to enhance your growth?? Just asking thanks! ??

Yes my son stomach so upset after taking the vit. We tried after meal, even full meal still his stomach discomfort.
He refuse to take the said vitamens.
