Can we take cetirizine (Zyrtec 10 mg) and ambroxol (Mucosolvan 75 mg) together?
I am 53 yrs old. Having phlegm and coughing on and off for two weeks. Have been taking Fluimusil in the past few days. Also tried taking Rhinothoil Promethazine syrup when it started.

You should be able to combine these, as long as your doctor approves, but it would be best not do so, without medical approval. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, and dry mouth.

Are you on any other medications?
