What is the recommended daily dosage for cefixime dicloxacillin and lactic acid bacillus tablet?... it was prescribed by my doctor for an external wound on my face (right side of my forehead).

You should take it as direct by your doctor, because proper dosing my depend on the severity of the infection being treated and the type of bacteria that has caused it.

The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.

Are you on any other medications?

Thanks for the response. The medication is over but my face is still swollen with pricking pain on the wound.
