Cataflam D

I'm 16 years old and I'm a athlete, and has to practise a lot know for the upsoming season, but cannot do it now, as I have problems with my ankle. The x rays shows nothing wrong as well as the MR scan and the specialist found nothing wrong. I 've got pain underneath my foot and at the side of my ankles. Can I use cataflam and also get a cortisone injection?
