There is nothing to contraindicate their being used together, though you may experience more side effects, such as drowsiness and nausea.

Ciprofloxacin is an antibiotic used to treat various types of infections.

I just read a case of someone put on cipro while on 50mg methadone per day and he ended up with a methadone toxicity due to the cipro. There are better, less reactive antibiotics to take if one is on methadone of ANY dose. The guy also ended up with aspiration pneumonia and was placed in ICU. He did pull through but this would be something I wouldn't take a chance with!
