Canine Rivotril

our family 18month chihuahua suffers from epilepsy.
the animal is on the drug rivotril, but the pill form does not
seem to work so well. i would like some holistic approaches
i also would like to know what the long term effects are.
he also is taking potassium bromide,we would welcome
any suggestions.
