Can You Take Oxycodone 10 325 Every 4 Hours

I took a percocet 10-325 at 9 pm it's now 12:45 am and was wondering if I had to wait full 6 hours or can I take another

The Oxycodone in Percocet can be habit forming and, if you take it more frequently than as prescribed, you also run the risk of overdose, especially due to the Acetaminophen in it. Thus, it would be best to not change your dosing frequency, without your doctor's approval.

The FDA classifies this medication as a narcotic that may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth and constipation.

I am on oxycodone 10-325. I woke up at 6am and took my dose. I always write down what time i take it... I turned around to write it down and realized i took one at 4:58am. I have never taken 2 before. Should i be concerned about overdosing? I tried to throw up right after i realized i had already taken one at 4:58,but nothing came up.
