Did you mean she's a chihuahua?

If so, I would suggest not giving it to her, unless your veterinarian tells you to do so. Chihuahuas are usually tiny and can be very sensitive to medications, thus their dosage needs to be precisely calculated to avoid causing them harm.

As reported by the Merck Veterinary Manual, an overdose could result in liver failure, kidney failure, and respiratory distress, any of which has the potential to be fatal.
