Brownish Discharge While Taking Fertomid 50

the doc have told me to take fertomid 50 to increase my chances to get pregnant, so on the second day of my period i started my pills the next day my period just stopped and its coming in spots brownish in colour, does anyone know what's causing this?

Fertomid contains the active ingredient Clomifene, which is an SERM that's used to help increase female fertility and though it isn't common, the odd bleeding can be a side effect of taking it.
