I'm pretty sure the pill you're talking about is a generic version of anaprox, she's probably using it for menstrual cramps, I know that's what my girlfriend uses them for.

It's naproxen (or prescription aleve lol) Not Xanax or a muscle relaxant. It's in the same family as advil. (antiinflammatory) A lot of girls take them for period cramps. But they could also be for other pains such as toothaches, headaches and general pulls (etc)

Did you think of asking your daughter what she is taking?

It's naproxen, anti-inflammatory and if she gets bad menstrual cramps I know this is given for that, pulled muscles and strain. Nothing you feel high on and pretty safe as far as stronger pain med's go.
