I located the exact pill with orange and blue colors, and the exact markings.

Lisdexamfetamine is an inactive molecule prodrug (brand name Vyvanse) Vyvanse is FDA approved for the treatment of attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder in pediatric patients ages 6-12, and in adults.

Vyvanse is a newer drug used to treat ADHD. It is supposed to work differently than other drugs, as to reduce the possiblity of abuse. 70mg is the strongest availableD. It is ineffective (for the most part) if taken anyway other than orally. IF the capsule is opened and the powder is swallowed the extended release becomes instant release. IT.WILL.GET.YOU.HIGH. I hate to tell you, this kid is on ZOOM. It lasts for good deal of time too. If he was mine, I'd sit him down and make him tell you in detail how it makes him feel mentally, physically, emotionally, and socially in comparison to his feelings without any chemicals. Turn the parent tone down and ask him as though he were an equal and insist he answer you as one. The boy may need his own rx. Early teen boys with untreated adhd are at high risk for drug abuse, reckless behavior, or harming themselves. I am 34years old, my parents refused to treat my diagnosis, I did a year ago. These meds open doors in your brain that were locked to you before. My parents denied my opportunity to feel complete. I tested beyond my peers but failed classes, didn't fit in, depressed, and had no regard to the consequence of ANYTHING. I am fixed, and feel the way I wanted to then....EVEN AND RIGHT. These meds are life savers. My wife and I were put on dextroamphetamine a year ago, my adhd, her deppressed, loss of drive and determination, and ALWAYS run down. Our marriage, family, careers and peers all went from just existing to being utterly fulfilled. My son will need it, the other must produce it naturally, and I will say in absolute confidence that every married couple would benefit from this miracle. Happiest year of our relyionship since the entire 16 yrs together began. I see my son repeating my adolescence, and I won't allow him to wait until his 30s to begin living. If the kids adding this to his mind, he might just be looking for something he's missing. Good luck. 70 is a lot, thats for the people that forget to wear pants to work, and answer the iron when the phone rings:)
