Updated

I need to know if it's true that it helps offset the loss of hair some people experience(1/3 of hair some need wigs) and what are the dosages 10,000 mcs or mls plus Vit B complex and what vitamins/mineral supple ments?

Biotin may help, but the only way to find out is for you to try it. However, you should always check with your doctor to make sure that it's safe for you to do so.

You shouldn't exceed the dosage suggested by your doctor or on the product packaging.

There is no proven supplement protocol that I can give you, I'm sorry, I wish there were. Vitamin E is also said to help with the health of your hair, so that could be another to try, if your doctor says it is safe for you to take.

Does anyone else have any suggestions to add?

I believe that while you are on this drug that your body will direct all the chemicals/minerals needed for bone making as a preference.
Your hair and bones may have similar needs, one example is silica. Everyone is different. Research your side effect and bone composition and see if you can find common ground. It may be as simple as taking a supplement. Any serious side effect should always be reported to your Doctor. I am a 54, female, T score -5.6.

Does hair regrow when you are through taking the 2 years of forteo? Has anyone tried Rogaine for hair loss during forteo treatments? Is there anyone who knows natural ways to build bone without requiring prescription drugs perhaps eating a certain diet or exercises. I'm 65 years old taking MultiVitamins, D3, eating Kale for vitamin k and calcium, brazil nuts for Boron, and going to the gym 4 times a week. Been on Forteo for 2 months.
