Biotin Forte-5mg.

Is this drug safe to use every day for always and is this the strongest it is made? Also does it really grow hair on the head? Thank you.

Biotin Forte is actually a nutritional supplement, not a medication. The nutrients it contains are vital to overall health and a deficiency in them can cause health problems.

It contains:

Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 100 mg,
Thiamin (as thiamin HCI)
(vitamin B1) 10 mg,
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) 10 mg,
Niacin (as niacinamide) 40 mg,
Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl) 25 mg,
Folic Acid 800 mcg,
Vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin) 10 mcg,
Biotin 5 mg and
Pantothenic Acid (as calcium D-pantothenate) 10 mg.


As a supplement, it will only help with hair growth if the hair loss is caused by a lack in one or more of the nutrients it contains. If your hair loss is caused by something such as age and genetics, then it will not do anything, otherwise, we'd have had a cure for baldness a long time ago.
