tried to lose 15lbs for the last 6 months Walked everyday 4at least an hr Gave up carbs, sugar, alcohol a lot of things. Im 50 yrs old. I drink plenty of water. Do I need exercise?

I think they took them off the mkt. I wanted a 2nd bottle. Not able to order them. In 2 1/2 weeks I lost 11 lbs. I want to lose 10 lbs. more. Bethel30.com doesn't have them anymore. Now what??

i want to stop the senna and just take the bethel's but im afraid i will not lose...anyone try them? i feel like it is the senna that is causing me to lose..and you really should not take for longer than 1 week..but im lovin this fast weight loss...any advice??

I went in to purchase bethel s30 for my second month and was sold bethel slender instead. They're not working!! You said the bethel advanced is the same as s30?? Did you just order it online or at the actual doctor's office?

I hope this helps. I have a friend who followed the diet did excerise aswell and lost 11 lbs the first week. However I have another friend who just ate small portions and also lost about 30lbs in 2 months no excerise. Everyone is different I lost 4 lbs in 2 days no excerise and im not following there diet plan. I eat healthier and add lots of fruits. I would recommend it. I take Bethal Advance with senna 1300. I got it on the website.

How long will it take me to lose 30lbs ? I started taking the Bethel Advance and the Sienna 1300 today and I am following his diet plan to the T. Anyone have any input? Will I still lose weight if I dont follow the diet plan accordingly?
