Verwon Says:

BetaCap contains the active ingredient Betamethasone, this is a steroid, used to treat a variety of conditions, because of its immunosuppressive and anti-inflammatory properties.

Common side effects may include: nausea, depression, drowsiness and weight gain.

Is there anything else I can help you with?

I was suffereing from Demyelination last year. For that purpose I was given Steroids during which I hv gained 10 kgs. Even after the complete treatment I still face severe headache 24 hours. Doctor has prescribed me betcap plus 5mg twice a day and my weight is increasing continuously.
1)Is it safe to take Betacap plus for a long time as in my case I hv taken it for more than 8 months?
2)I want to know if the gained weight will come back to normal and how much time it will take? Do I need to workout for this or it will happen automatically after the hormonal balance is achieved?
