I can't seem to figure out what is the best time to take my trintellix... am or pm. I've been on trintellix for a little over a month and don't sleep very well and stay very tired during the day but I had these problems before I began trintellix so how am I supposed to figure out the best time of day to take it??? I've been taking it at night but switched to taking it in the morning today amd can't tell any change. I just want to take it at the time of day it will help me the most.... Thanks!

There is really no specific time that is best, it depends on what works for you, the main issue is to just be consistent in taking it regularly.

The FDA warns that it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, mood changes, and weight changes.

How long have you been taking it?

If it makes you tired and/or nauseous take it at night if not take in the morning i've done both- if you take it in the morning consistently ive found that you move past the tiredness
