Hello, Betty! How are you?

Unless your doctor has instructed otherwise, they usually intend for you to take such medications in the morning, that way your medical condition can be controlled during the times of day, when you will be most active and could experience the most fluctuations.

The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination, dehydration, and hypotension.

Is there anything else I can help with?
