Tylenol contains the active ingredient Acetaminophen, so you do have to be careful with it. You should not take more than 1,000mgs of it in any 8 hour period, and you should not exceed 3.000mgs in 24 hours, due the risk of overdose toxicity, according to FDA reports.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, and headache.

Samantha, they have several nighttime formulations. Can you please post back with the specific ingredients in the one that you want to take?
