Hi there! My 2 yr old has this gooey open sore yellow crusty type rash around his nose and it got diagnosed as impetigo. Don't have insurance and the prescription I got costs a lot. U think it would be safe to use on a toddler? This Mexican cream?

Amazon & Ebay have it ... much higher than buying it in mexico but saves you in gas lol... worth it... it's great.. For month I had a small rash below the knee.. Even my Dr. didn't know.. tried everything.. it was so itchy, dry and gross looking.. Daughter went to TJ & brought me Barmicil. Applied, covered with bandage .. skin is smooth, rash gone in a day!?.. Try it!! {affiliate links added}

I just bought Barmicil Compuesto through InnovacionNatural. It’s in California I think and they offer a few different ways to ship their products. I’m having mine shipped thru FedEx. Paid $9 for Barmicil and $8 for shipping. They sell a lot of Mexican pharmacy items. I was super excited to find this place on the internet and in the US!

I’ve used both gelmicin and barmicil which seem to have the same active ingredients. Barmicil seems to work a little better for me though and costs more. Both are available on eBay but I’ve also found it in Fort Worth at the flea market.

Your local hispanic store should carry it. It's runs about $10. But it is in the US. I'm in Alabama and all the hispanic stores carry it.

How do you use the barmicil compuesto cream and how often? Run it in on sites? Do you run it in or just apply it on?

My sister in law told me about this cream when my 8 yr old developed a rash that turned into an infection behind her ear lobe. It was an open, crusty, gooey rash that looked horrible. Once I started applying the cream Barmicil , after a few days it started clearing up and after a week or more it totally was gone! I bought it at the local mexican store here in Iowa for 7$. Now I use it for my 5 yr old who develops small rashes in her arm creases and it works too. Looked up the ingredients just to make sure they were safe and so far so good.
