judy sounds like youre trying to say azithromiacin and this is an antibiotic. it will not work for sciatica. sciatica is a result of bruised or inflamed nerves. try anti inflamatories like motrin(ibuprofen) or alleve(naproxen). sciatica usually takes 4-7 days to get better, sometimes longer. hope this helps.
