Azithral Liquid 200 Side Effects

I have given my 45 month old boy azithral liquid 200 5ml twice a day. Is this dangerous for my kid?

Did his doctor instruct you to give him this dosage?

The NIH lists this medication as being an antibiotic and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, non-allergic skin rash, and diarrhea.

Is he on any other medications?
