Hi liza,

I think finding the appropriate modality for weight loss all comes down to personal trial and error. Some people have a positive response to one or the other, but knowing that we all react differently, it would be imperative to try either one for yourself before making a decision on which one to stick with in a longer term weight loss regimen.

Also, these pills can only help as much as the amount of effort you put into your regular diet and exercise habits. If you're unable to exercise at a moderate to intense level, perhaps just going for daily walks and eating right would be substantial enough to get the ball rolling.

I wish you the best of luck in reaching your weight loss goals and look forward to any future updates you may have!
