The only thing I can suggest is discussing it with your doctor to find another option that works for you.

We have had several posts about this no longer being available, but I have no specific information as to why.

What other options have you tried?

Hi I always used brondecon too and since it went off the market I couldn't find anything as good until now... I am in Durban (SA) at the moment for work and have Bronchitis so i went to a local Pharmacy and she gave me Solphllex Syrup and I have to say it is almost identical to Brondecon (although it makes me a bit drowsy and sleepy too.

Duro-Tuss (lime coloured cap) , as good and without the nasty side effects brought on by Brondecon, which is the reason it disappeared
