Atrioza

My sister has been on ARV for six months now, taking 3TC, TDF and EFV. She been doing so good in them, except for last month when she started to have numbness on the left leg. But after a week she came right. On the 31 of October 2013, they gave her Atrioza, since den she's been complaining of severe headache n backache. Now the headache has stop but the backache is bad, she can't even walk straight now, please help me.
