Are you possibly referring to "arthri d-3"?

This arthritis supplement reportedly contains the following list of ingredients (which in my opinion seems like it would be beneficial for reducing inflammation/pain):

Vitamin C, D, Magnesium, NAG (N-Acetyl-D-Glucosamine), Chondroitin Sulfate, Rice Flour, Tumeric Extract, Boswellia Serrata, Ashwaganda, Yucca (root), Bromelain, Evening Primrose oil, Perna Canaliculus (Green Lipped Mussel), Hyaluronic Acid (Sodium Hyaluronate)

I haven't researched each individual ingredient, but I know from my own experience that Turmeric, Bromelain, and Yucca, just in and of themselves are excellent treatment options. Although depending on the dosage, you may have to take the supplement for a while before receiving their full benefits.

I hope this helps!
