Arthri D For Oestiarthritis

I have oesteoarthrist in my left hip and right knee which is shape like a K. Movement is slow and I am depress at time I donot enjoy going shopping adn church. My knee is stiff I cannot bend. Can some one help me> I am 50 plus.

I too have Arthritis and l totally understand how painful it is. My Dr prescribed Co Codamol and vit D helped after about two months noticed it was helping knee pain. Hope you find some relief..Sash
