My neighbor found this pill in her basement and isn't sure if it is a prescription or legal. It is a round white pill with arrows imprinted on both sides. Any help is appreciated!

Based on my research, there is a possibility that your pill may be Anacin which is a combination pain killer that contains (400 mg) of aspirin and (32 mg) of caffeine. It is manufactured by Insight Pharmaceuticals.

Oddly enough, there is also a possibility that the pill could be the illicit party drug known as ecstacy- seeing as the imprint is similar and I've heard of ecstacy being sold on the black market- disguised as Anacin.

Unfortunately some pills have pretty vague imprints which make them difficult to identify. If you feel the need you could take it to a pharmacy to see if they've seen anything similar?
