My doctor told me it is some kind of vitamin, based on thiamine to kind of boost you up with energy. I've looked the net, even call my pharmacist for more questions and they have more or less the same info. It also is supposed to retore blood circulation.

The spelling is correct. Arkaliox 200 mg tablet is a supplement derived from thiamine called sulbuthiamine.

Yes arcalion and arkaliox are the same they are sulbutimine. CVS only has arkaliox I'm getting a script for that from my doctor shortly. Do your own research this is just what I think as I don't have the script yet.
