Hello, Lucy! How are you?

The round, peach tablet with the stylized R logo and number 20 on the opposite side contains 12.5mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide, it is a diuretic that helps remove excess fluid from the body to treat conditions, such as edema, high blood pressure and congestive heart failure.

Typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache, hypotension and dehydration.

They could be dangerous to children, due to causing dehydration or low blood pressure, but they are not any type of narcotic opiate.

Is there anything else I can help with?
