Anfepramona contains the active ingredient Diethylpropion, it is a stimulant drug used as an appetite suppressant.

That said, this site is not medical professionals and do not prescribe nor sell medications. Have you tried consulting with a doctor?

Due to the possiblity of side effects, this should only be used under a doctor's supervision.

These may include: nausea, insomnia, irritability and increased blood pressure.
