Hi Don,

This is actually NOT a Norco tablet. The white oblong pill you're describing marked WPI 39 68, is identified as Chlorzoxazone (500 mg).

Manufacturer: Watson Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
National Drug Code (NDC): 00591-3968

Chlorzoxazone is a centrally acting muscle relaxant used to treat muscle spasm and the resulting pain or discomfort.

You can learn more about this drug on the page for Chlorzoxazone Details

I hope this helps!
