Ambien Drug Test , Oxycocodone, Butibital, Valium .

I need to pass a urine test that is looking for abuse. I have back injury, PTSD resutiling from severe burns.
These conditions are work related. I'm now in the position that I'm considered to be abusing these meds., which at times I take more than the dose perscribed just to get relief. My injuries are all work related. I have no where to turn. I've had PTSD since 7/11/11 and am on Valium, Hydrocodone, Butbital, Oxycodone and Ambien. I'm not permitted to take pain meds during work, so I take daily doses after work.
The PTSD is so bad from burns that I get night terrors , severe migraines and amon edge , so I take Valium for anxiety.
I'm on IVIG treatment once a month for JOBS syndrome, this makes my migraines worse, but I have not been hospitalized for MERSA of other skin infections since I've been getting this treatment. I just had RFA on my back which has not worked yet. that was done 9 days ago by pain management and got trigger point injections Monday. I can't take steroids because they compromise my immune system and I get rebound after dose pack.
I also suffer from: Asthma, Excema, hyper vigilance, PTSD and JOBS.
I'm asking for a drug test since I can't take these meds as perscibed , I take at the end of the work day and between that time and if I get any sleep I take the daily dose. I'm great at my job and don't wish to loose it, I'm there almost 25 years. I'm awaiting to get comp. to approve PTSD treatment. I've been on Trazadone in the past but could work 9 hours come home sleep for 2-3 hours and go for third shift working from 8 pm till 11 am with taking 150mg of Trazadone around midnight. I stopped it all at once in February , not a good choice.
I had the Flu, then pnumonia , probably from being sick and taking Advair. I was hospitalized for 5 days, stopped the trazadone , had night terrors , fell out of my bed that is about 32" and got a concussion, was out for 2 days until my sister found me. I also have the added stress of my Mom having stage 4 Alzhiemers , you tell me, please. How do I pass a drug test, at least that says I'm taking the medication within the recommended dosage?

OMG, you sound almost exactly like me. I've been diagnosed with JOBS Syndrome, have PTSD from being burned badly. I've dealt with asthma my whole life. I like you have been hospitalized for MERSA and Pneumonia a bunch of times. I stopped trazadone a few years ago abruptly and fell out of my bed which is about as high as yours. This resulted in a concussion and was discovered after 36 hours by my next door neighbor, luckily.
Migraines are my life especially after the IVIG treatments. I feel your pain! NIH had my blood for 4½ months for DNA testing. They were looking for the defective Stat 3 Gene. I finally received the results that this Gene was normal.
I would really like to correspond with you directly. JOBS Syndrome is so extremely rare. Things happen for a reason. I've been pretty much homebound all weekend because of my treatment last Tuesday. Butalbital is the only thing that works for my migraines as well. I receive these updates all the time but for some reason typed IVIG into the search today.
I don't understand why if you are on prescriptions why you would not pass the drug test! I have to take drug tests for different customers throughout the year. My personal experience has been because of HIPPA I have to give my pharmacy's name and my doctor's name.
The ADA ( American Disabilities Act) protects you from discrimination.
I hope you read this and it helps you. The federal regulations on controlled medications has made my life more difficult because of limits which should not apply to chronically ill individuals.
The treatments spike my pain levels as well. I could go on and on. I know you would believe the last 9 months I've been through, it's insane!

Pretty much thinking this is me 5 years ago. Too many coincidences to be anyone else. Some things have changed. The symptoms are the same with some relief. My chronic pain has gotten worse. I have back surgery in the very near future.
