1). WHAT IS THE ALTERNATIVE BUT SAFER MEDICINE TO SYNDOPA 110 + AMENTRHAL 100 ( 3X SYNDOPA 110) AND (1 X AMENTHRAL 100)? (dosage: SYN 110 -10.30 AM/ 4.00PM and 7.30 pm)- AMENTHRAL 100 - 11.00 AM)

2). WHEN SHOULD WE TAKE IT? I HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY MY DOC TO TAKE IT 'AWAY FROM FOOD'. I.E AT LEAST 1 HOUR BEFORE FOOD. N FOOD SHOULD NNPT BE TAKEN AT LEAST FOR 2 HOUS AFTER TAKING THE MEDICINE. I HAVE TAKEN 'AYURVEDA ROUTE ' (HERBAL MEDICINES ALSO SIDE BY SIDE. I HAVE ALSO UNDERGONE PANCHAKARMA TREATMENT SUCH AS (NASYA. MASSAGE, BASTI (MATRU BASTI), SHIRODHARA ALSO.

MY QUERY IN ADDITION TO (1) AND (2) ABOVE ARE: (3) I FEEL VERY DROWSY AND LAZY AFTER LUNCH, APPROX..3 1/2' HRS AFTER SYNDOPA 110 I.E APPROX 2.00 PM AND AFTER DINNER AT NIGHT (10.00PM).
AND AGAIN APPROX AFTER 3-4 HRS AFTER LAST DOSE OF SYNDOPA 110 AT 7.30 PM.

I HAD ALSO TRIED ZANDOPA - AYU MEDICINE - (NATURAL DOPAMINE) AND KAPIKACHU.

I FELT BETTER WITH ZANDOPA, BUT IT IS IN POWDER FORM AND NEEDS TO BE TAKEN WITH WATER. I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE EVEN THOUGH IT IS AN EXCELLENT NATURAL REMEDY. PLEASE LET ME KNOW.
