My dad has high blood pressure. I had adco alzam and gave him half a tablet just in case does it lower your your blood pressure. He drinks blood pressure medication.

Please advise if Bio Citalopram is addictive?,

Also whice of the two is saver to use for anxiety,

Bio Citralopram or Alzam.

I am 66.and have been on 1 and half Zopivane for many years..I HAVE NOW ONLY GOT 3 TABLETS LEFT.My problem is that I have run out of the tablets and CAN only get back to sourh africa in 8days time..I can only get Adco Alzam here in Dubai.Would it be Ok To Substatute.PLEASE I AM ALL READY IN A STATE..
