Pathirana, this site is not medical professionals, so we cannot possibly tell you what dosage you should take and how/when to take it.
Have you asked your doctor?
If you are using the over the counter dosage, the information lists the dosing as one tablet taken with a glass of water, may be taken twice daily, but do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours.

This may increase your blood pressure. Called high blood pressure....better take medicine as less as possible. My mom got high blood pressure because of long time use of this medicine.
