They say 3 days but to be safe I would give it between 4-6 days to be 100% sure.

It depends on how long you have been taking the med and the strength. All narcotics build up and store in fat and even grows into your hair. One strand and they can measure how long you have been using it. It could take three months as everyone is different. Take your script to show them. Best of luck.
