Did any of you mean Zmax?

If so, it is an antibiotic that contains the active ingredient Azithromycin, and is used to treat various types of bacterial infections. It will not help with migraines.

The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, diarrhea, and non-allergic skin rash.
