The capsule in the original post with the Lilly 3239 60mg marking is a Strattera capsule, which is most commonly used to treat ADHD.

Side effects may include nausea, dizziness, headache and alopecia.

Both the pill with the LUPIN 20 marking and the one with the WATSON 408 contain 20mgs of Lisinopril, a generic for Zestril.

The one with the WATSON 861 marking contains 12.5mgs of Hydrochlorothiazide and 20mgs of Lisinopril, the active ingredients in Zestoretic.

Side effects to these may include nausea, headache, dizziness and hypotension.

Is there anything else I can help with?
