Zerodol contains the active ingredient Aceclofenac, which is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory that's used to treat pain, fever and swelling.

Its most common side effects are said to be: Diarrhea, nausea, indigestion, abdominal pain, dizziness and rash.
