I have a small, round pill that is either a peach/pink/orangish color with a hexagon and z+ or n+ on the inside. Does anyone know what this is? ## Hi Kate, The imprint is actually Z+, which is identified as Beyaz. This pill contains Drospirenone (3 mg) + Ethinyl Estradiol (0.02 mg) + Levomefolate Calcium (0.451 mg). Beyaz is used specifically as birth control treatment.
